Position – Sales Manager
Company – Cocoguru Coconut Industries Pvt. Ltd.
Location – Anywhere in Karnataka
Area – All over Karnataka
Report – To Managing Director
Stakeholders – Sales Officers, Distributors, Stockists, Wholesalers, Retailers, Institutions and Transporters
Qualification – 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales
Traveling – Required

Summary – Manages sales of coconut oil within a defined area. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.

Job Functions

  • Responsible for full sales cycle i.e. Sales Order, Payment and Supply
  • Appoint Stockists, Distributors, set territory, negotiate terms, manage them and develop business with them
  • Create secondary sales from distributors to wholesalers and retailers
  • Manage Sales Officers for developing sales in their area
  • Coordinate with other departments in the company like Production and Administration
  • Achieve growth in sales, profits and brand value sustainably
  • Documentation like Quotations, Sales reports, Distributor agreement, Retailers Database
  • Come up with own ideas for growth and implement them
  • Function in line with company’s vision and policy
