Restaurant was started to offer fresh food to consumers. Fried snacks are also now offered where food can be stored for a longer time. Food prepared at the restaurant is only available at the restaurant, but fried snacks are available at general stores, bakeries and e-commerce portals.

They are packed in pouches filled with Nitrogen gas to protect chips from breakages and enable food to last longer.

All the fried snacks available at the market are fried with refined oils. Refined oils are used because
  • Refined oils are cheaper
  • Snacks have a longer shelf life
  • It doesn’t have an aroma of its own
  • Frying oil can be reused a greater number of times
A few brands claim they don’t use palm oil. Instead, they use Sunflower oil, which we believe is worse. Coconut oil, however
  • Is healthy
  • Has its pleasant aroma
  • We use only coconut oil (manufactured by us) for all the fried snacks.
