- Job work where your copra is crushed, and oil is extracted from rotary machines. You get 60% oil and 35% cake for a minimum of ₹30 kg copra; charges are ₹25 per kg of copra
Sister Concern
Sri Rama Industries is the sister concern whose proprietor is Mr Shivashankar Bhat Bonanthaya. He is also the chairman of Cocoguru. His son, Santhosh Bonanthaya, manages its day-to-day operations. Santhosh is also a director at Cocoguru. Sri Rama Industries was started on 8th January 1988 by Shivashankar Bhat. The coconut oil manufacturing unit is in Pangalai, Parladka, while the coconut drying unit is in Kalbayadka, Balnad village.
