Who are your Shipping Partners?
We have 2 types of shipping partners – Shipping Aggregators and Courier partners
Shiprocket is our Shipping aggregator, they provide buyers with various shipping options from our place to your place in terms of courier partners, shipping costs and duration. Buyers can chose them at the time of checkout. Once the order is placed they pass the order with necessary information to the courier partners to complete the delivery.
What will be the Shipping cost?
Shipping costs depends upon quantity of coconut oil purchased, shipping service selected and place of delivery. The shipping cost is displayed during checkout time.
Are shipping costs included in price or extra?
Under products price the cost of product and tax is included. Shipping costs are extra. Buyers can optimise for shipping costs or delivery speed or courier partner of his choice.
How safe is the shipment?
The products selected are packed inside a corrugated box. Extra packing is avoided to save on package weight and reduce plastic and paper waste. If package safety is a concern, buyers can opt for stronger packaging like Jerry Cans. If shipment costs are to be reduced buyers can opt for pouches but there is a rare risk of leakage when sharper objects pierce at the time of shipment.
What is your guarantee with respect to safety of shipping?
Buyers can chose the kind of packaging and courier service and partner. Accordingly the risk of leakage/damage is on the buyer. We assure that shipments are made in good condition. But we have no control on how the shipment is handled by the courier partner.
What are the kinds of shipping services available?
All the courier partners provide options like Lite, Surface, and Express delivery according to the speed of shipment. Opting for faster mode of shipping may result in higher shipping cost.
How long does it take for delivery?
We process the order completely by packing within 1 working day. Shipment from there may take 3 to 7 working days to reach your destination. At the time of order placement, estimated time of delivery is mentioned while you select the shipping option. Also, the reference number will be shared after confirmation of order with payment. This number can be used for tracking on their website. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
How to know the status of shipment?
When an order is successfully placed, customer will be notified the shipping reference number through email/sms. Customer can track the shipment using the reference/waybill number on courier partner’s website.
Can you send shipments through courier partner of our choice that is not shown in your website?
We have shown all possible services available to us. Apart from them, any other service will not be available from our place.
